Matbaren Mathias Dahlgren

Bistro

Opened in 2007 at Stockholm’s Grand Hôtel, this vibrant restaurant and modern bistro combines stylish design with creative contemporary cooking. Built around fresh, seasonal produce, the menu can change twice a day, with dishes prepared and served within seven minutes. Standout plates include mushroom dumplings topped with shredded truffles in a salty citrus sauce and braised pork belly steamed buns. Vegetarians can enjoy beetroot and Jerusalem artichoke purée, while complimentary petit fours provide a sweet finish. With tables filling quickly, reservations are recommended, though a few bar seats are usually available for walk-ins, making this a lively Stockholm dining destination.
