Off from a dirt square runs a dead-end alley, which leads into a Riad of dining theatre. Fez-bearing servers and musicians are everywhere as you wander up and around this maze of Moroccan madness. The fixed menu with Moroccan wine choices of “White, Rose or Red” is fine, but save room for dessert. The “Pastilla au lait et aux amandes” of cracker-thin wafers drenched in sweet milk is stunning.
