Miznon is the exuberant creation of celebrated Israeli chef Eyal Shani, bringing the spirit of Tel Aviv’s street-food scene to Vienna’s First District. Since the original opened in Tel Aviv in 2011, the concept has expanded to cities including Paris, Singapore, Melbourne and New York. Inside its loud, rustic and effortlessly casual setting, Shani’s signature creativity shines through in every pita and plate, with bold flavours and unexpected combinations taking centre stage. The menu changes daily according to the freshest seasonal produce, while every dish is built around Miznon’s distinctive pita, specially made for the restaurant by Israel’s renowned Angel Bakeries.
