Dede is a quirky neighbourhood favourite in the heart of Florentin, offering little in the way of polished service or gourmet dining but plenty of authentic local character. Owned by two brothers, this cosy, laid-back spot feels more like a friend’s living room than a restaurant, with a warm, easygoing atmosphere and a steady stream of local regulars. Its signature dish, also called Dede, is a crisp omelette filled with a choice of three types of cheese, meat or vegetables. The menu also features satisfying burgers and pizza, while Happy Hour runs from 18:00 to 20:30, with 50% off drinks. Don’t miss the TapuGin, made with fresh apple juice and gin.
