The current menu, Potions of the Garden, moves from crisp, refreshing daytime serves to bold and complex late-night creations. Dewdrop Whisper combines Roku gin and elderflower, while Pomelo’s Embrace pairs Phraya Gold Rum with ruby pomelo and fiery Isan sausage for a sweet-savoury expression of local flavours. For a richer nightcap, Off the Duck’s Back brings together Palo Santo-infused gin, matcha and crispy duck skin, while Quill’s Midnight Spell combines tequila and mezcal with spiced golden street-corn elote.
