Charcuterie
When it comes to charcuterie, leave it to the pros. From locals to tourists and chefs to diners, almost everyone knows about this iconic retailer. Located in the touristy Granville Island, Oyama is legit for their traditional and globally inspired fresh sausages, terrines and pates, cured hams, salamis, and signature saucisson. The saucisson and duck pate with shaved black truffle are two of my favourite things here. There are no seats, though, so prepare for a picnic or eat it along the dock.
