Seafood
Renowned for its dry-aged beef, you can’t get a table at this hip, buzzy steakhouse in Miami Beach — not without a reservation as much as a week in advance. Ah, but once you are seated, you’re in for a treat. Menu standouts include the lobster bisque, anything with oysters and the lump-crab-crusted grouper. And kick off your meal with this behemoth of iceberg and butter lettuce loaded with meaty chunks of apple-wood, smoked bacon and dressed with your choice of creamy blue cheese, Thousand Island, or half and half. The huge salad is large enough to share.
