Costanera 700

Japanese

A cornerstone of Miraflores’ dining scene for over four decades, Costanera 700 is synonymous with refined Nikkei cuisine. Founded by Humberto Sato Matsuoka, a pioneer of the genre in Lima, the restaurant is now led by his son Yaquir Sato, who continues to honor and evolve his father’s legacy.

The menu masterfully blends premium Peruvian ingredients with precise Japanese techniques, resulting in standout dishes such as impeccably presented Ikizukuri-style sashimi. Alongside these are ceviches, tiraditos, makis, and tempura, as well as the signature chita a la sal—a salt-baked fish dramatically finished tableside.
