Every meal an adventure! That’s how I feel about eating. Food is really a journey for your taste buds, and good food deserves to be recorded and shared. My food and travel blog is named “Camemberu” – the way the Japanese would pronounce Camembert, the French cheese. Yes, I always get quizzical looks when I introduce my blog name. It’s basically a nod to how palates today are so lucky to be able to explore and embrace other cultures’ cuisines.
