Noodle Shop
One of the oldest Hakka noodle stalls in Kuala Lumpur, ask the locals of Pudu where to find the “da bu mien” stall. These fresh house-made egg noodles are filling and delicious, coated with pork lard and served with a topping of minced pork, slices of char siu (barbecue pork) and blanched vegetables. Accompany it with a bowl of wontons bobbing in a warm pork broth.
