Freshly cooked to order, silky yellow noodles and slices of chicken soak in a gravy of sweet Chinese yellow rice wine and chicken broth, made all the more rich and delicious with the addition of shredded black fungus, fried eggs, chopped Chinese celery and ginger. The aroma alone is enough to tantalize your taste buds. Pro tip: The stall is very busy, so be prepared to wait. Traditionally served to women after giving birth – and great for hangovers — the soup is one of the finest Asian soups you will ever taste.
