Tuan Ha Phở Bò

Noodle Soup

Tuan Ha Pho Bo, located at 34 Hang Giay Street (at the corner of Hang Giay and Gam Cau intersection), in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, is known for its traditional beef pho. The restaurant is famous for its rich, flavorful pho, attracting both locals and tourists in the Old Quarter. Two kinds of beef: slow braised pieces of brisket that lusciously break up and thinly sliced rare steak cooked under the pour of the ladle. A clump of fresh rice noodles sits inert beneath these ingredients and a perfect beef broth, slightly dark but clear.
