Sit Lo

Asian Cuisine

Sit Lo takes its name from the Anglicized Vietnamese word for rickshaw, a nod reflected throughout the CBD restaurant’s funky dining room, where miniature rickshaws and bicycle wheels set the tone. The menu delivers a contemporary spin on Vietnamese street-food favorites—casual, bold, and full of flavor. Ditch any expectations of fine china; dishes arrive takeaway-style in eco-friendly cups and trays. Don’t leave without ordering a bao: pillowy steamed buns stuffed with slow-cooked pork belly, soft-shell crab, or panko-crumbed fried chicken. The chicken bao, in particular, is a knockout—earth-shatteringly crunchy and succulent, balanced by bursts of freshness, punch, and heat from pickled cucumber, chili mayo, coriander, and scallions.
