Kaeng kari is a mild yet tasty Thai yellow curry, often made with chicken and smothered in rich coconut milk gravy. Khao Gaeng Jek Pui, a street food stall located on a side street of Bangkok’s Chinatown, is well known for its scrumptious kaeng kari. You get a plate of rice topped with a big scoop of curry. I also like to get a scoop of caramelized ribs on the side.
