The Commodore serves the best fried chicken in Williamsburg. The fried chicken platter consists of three thighs that come with four small biscuits made with bacon fat, or lard, or butter and homemade hot sauce. The skin of the chicken is crispy and flaky, and the meat is tender and juicy.
