Bayou Hot Wings was opened by two seasoned chefs, Allen Nguyen and Kyle Makepeace, who were determined to offer an awesome wing spot in the New Orleans area. Though their deep-fried chicken wings are not to be missed, I can’t get enough of their Bayou Fried Frog Legs coated in Garlic Butter Parmesan.
