My name is Salvatore Fontanazza, chef and owner of Restaurant FIELD, located within Hotel Katerberg in Lüchow, Germany.
For more than forty years, cooking has been my life’s passion. Together with my wife and our small team, we have built FIELD with dedication, always striving to offer our guests an honest and memorable fine dining experience.
