This is the most famous panini-shop in Florence with lines that can stretch to an hour. The wait is well worth it with the “Favolosa” (sbriciolona, pecorino and vegetables) and the Inferno featuring porchetta and spicy sauce leading the way.  Sandwich choices are limited but the quality is great for each one of these beloved sandwiches.
