Don Fidel has set up his little cart at this corner almost every day for 27 years. As he serves nothing but giant sweet pismo clams, opened to order, chopped and lightly dressed with lime and hot sauce, he knows if there’s a bad one in the bunch and will not risk alienating a faithful customer.
