There is a charming Japanese Omakase - Mikuriya - tucked away in the modern wing (Michelin Star pending), a traditional restaurant called The Grand Heritage with specialties like warm oysters and beef Wellington. and Blooms which is vegan. But the main event is the fine dining at two Michelin star "The Restaurant" where super-chef Heiko Nieder has been cooking for 17 years.
