Since setting up their blog, Sharking for Chips and Drinks in 2010, while living in Melbourne, writer and photographer couple Helen Alexander and Nic Crilly-Hargrave have been busy exploring the world - settling for a year in Kuala Lumpur where they reported on the city's hawker stalls and produce markets for ExtremeFoodies - before returning to their beloved London to start a whole new culinary adventure.
